Movies A Go-Go, LLC's basic service includes a movie of your choice chosen from a library of available movies, a 25'wx16'h inflatable screen, two movie engineers and optional concessions (popcorn, soft drinks, candy, etc.). We can also provide music and deejay services before and after the event. Basic prices for a movie event are based on two items: equipment rental and movie rental fees. We will meet with you to discuss your needs and budget. Movie rental fees depend on how current the movie is, whether you will be collecting an admission fee and how many people will be attending, among other factors. What You will Need to Provide: You will need to provide the location with comfortable seating, a power source (and backup power source, such as a generator, if necessary due to a power outage), a parking area, restrooms, a cleanup crew, liability insurance, security (if needed), all permits and lighting before and after the movie. We also suggest you provide fencing if you want to have crowd control or want to keep within a certain audience member count. You will also need to choose the movie from a wide selection of favorites and crowd pleasers.  |
